hello everyone i have an old photo of a cousin who would have been 100 today and i would love too get the photo cleaned up and remove the dot on her head any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

thanks everyone for your wonderful work it is greatly appreciated  i have tried in the past but i am pretty much useless when it comes too trying to do this sort of stuff so your hard work is greatly appreciated thanks
