Hi
Wonder if anyone can help. I’ve hit a brick wall on this one. I’ve got Courtenay Wilson born in Plymouth in 1903. I’ve been told he grew up partly in a children’s home and partly with his father whose name we do not know. His mother’s surname was a Wilson. I don’t know her Christian name so nothing to go on to try to trace her. I know he married Mary Tapsell in London in 1928 but that’s all I’ve got.
Any help would be much appreciated
Many thanks
Jacqui

Where was he in 1911?
Try familysearch. You will find the baptism there, where he has two parents named.

Thank you. I’ve tried family search couldn’t find anything only his name. I’ll try again.
Thank you
