Title: Help with place of birth!!

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone can decipher where my great grandmother born?

The district is Staines and area is Sunbury on Thames.

However I am not sure of the location that has come back on her birth cert (pictured) is it a Hospital or Workhouse?

If you mean "R. S. D." it is Rural Sanitary District.
