I am curious if anyone has access to medical licensing records or medical school records or Massachusetts medical society records.

Specifically, I want to know the date and place that he completed medical school.

I think it was between 1850, when he arrived in the US (school teacher on citizenship papers), and 1855 when he is listed as a physician in Worcester census.

Worcester Medical Institution would be a possibility (modern-day Brandeis University).

In the 1854 directory of Worcester he's still listed as a school teacher:
