Hi there from Qld.
Wondering if anyone is able to access a Western Australia Marriage apart from ordering a certificate...?
Just in case, details follow:
Groom - PARKER, Herbert Bride - PETER, Emma.
Place of Marriage - Perth.
Registration No. 698 Registration Year 1896
Sometimes Family History groups or similar may have access, but if not, then I will order the certificate.
Thanks in advance.

I couldn’t see any newspaper entries for the marraige.
I think you may need to purchase the cert.

All the details are correct, I checked the Western Australia c.d.

Thanks Mariona for taking the time to do that for me.
I guess you mean you checked the index on the CD - not the full details that might be on the certificate.....?
I had been hoping someone might have had access to the full details so I can see what further information there is on the certificate.
Does WA have a BDM Transcription service, (as in NSW) rather than having to purchase a full certificate....?
Thanks again

Sorry no I just checked and it looks as though you have to go the W.A. births deaths and marriages site.

Note that it is a lot cheaper to get an uncertified copy for research purposes.

Thanks again Mariona.
And great news Dundee - an uncertified copy will be great.
Will send off the form and payment as it seems email is not an option :(
Your advice is much appreciated.
