Title: Millwrights and Wheelwrights
Post by: Westee on Wednesday 03 June 20 06:12 BST (UK)
Does anyone have apprenticeship records for the about two occupations; during the early part of the 1800's in Cambridgeshire?

My ancestor Henry Marsden Miller stated he was a Millwright when he married in Wisbech St Peter in 1824 and stated his abode was North-brink.

A year or two later he was a Wheelwright.

I am looking for this answer as well. I am thinking the two names (millwright and wheelwright) were interchangeable at that time?
