Emily, 1879
Edith, 1881
Amelia, 1883
George, 1886

Not allowed to give you information off image, but I recommend you look when you can.

Some libraries have remote access to Ancestry at present. Has yours?

Many thanks for your replies, sadly some gaps remain.   Looking again I've found the following on Family Search which appears to be the Price family:

Death for a George Price in 1893 (born 1857) age 36.

And then in 1901 census:

Amelia Price, 18 (1883) b. IOW.  Servant - with Albert Jones, Baker, in Ryde
Emily Price, 22 (1879) b. IOW. Servant - with Edward Simmons, Physician & Surgeon, Bishopstoke
Edith Price, 20 (1881) b.IOW. Servant - with John Gardner, Medical Practitioner, Eastleigh.

Of sons George (c.1886) and Oliver (c.1888) I've found no trace in 1901.  Assuming their father George Price died 1893 it still leaves the question of what happened to George and Oliver, also to his wife, Rebecca?

Many thanks for your very helpful replies.   Records point to  Rebecca Price (nee Carr) becoming Ellen Trueman but I wonder where the additional name of  'Ellen' comes from (as recorded in the 1905 marriage)..  I have been unable to find Ellen Rebecca Carr born c. 1858.

Free BMD records the birth of Rebecca Carr in 1860. (IOW 1860 2b 449) mother's name Carr.

Thank again for all your help.

Hello again

Further to my last.  Till I can access my local library my research sources are limited.   Rebecca Carr born c.1860, mother's surname Carr.  Census records for 1861 and 1871, before she married George Price in 1876.   Grateful for help.

Fanny Elizabeth Price (nee Bettesworth) is my grandfather's daughter by his first marriage to Emily Rustill. On my tree we have her as married to George Price, then to Stephen Frost.

Regarding George Price and Fanny Bettesworth's descendants. I would like to get in touch with Patricia who I used to correspond with in 2006. If anyone knows how to contact her could they please ask her to contact me on here. Thanks.

I think George Henry Price born 1886 is the one who married my aunt Fanny Elizabeth Bettesworth. She was the eldest of 25 children and my father was the 24th so there was quite a gap (granddad had two wives). In the past I was in touch with Fanny's granddaughter but unfortunately have lost touch with her. The Bettesworth family came from Hayling Island in Hampshire (and further back from Sussex). Fanny died in Burgess Hill, Sussex in 1953. There is an Oliver Price married to a Rose Price on the Isle of Wight in the 1911 census so that could be him. Hope this helps a bit. If I manage to find the granddaughter or great granddaughter of Fanny I might be able to get more information.
