Hi, we think that this may be Thomas (1814-1871) and Mary (1821-1885) England
Would the clothes be from around the period?

Mid - late 1870's. This is when rounded corners first appeared on card stock.
However there were 1 or 2 using this type prior to this.
Her dress style is also of the late decade.
Can we see the back this might give confirmation.

According to an on-line biography, Albert Sachs opened his studio in 1873 and died in 1886.

The back is a late decade style so mid-late 1870's is about right.
