Hi all,
I got this marriage certificate from the GRO today but the handwriting is both tiny and faded, so I am unable to work out what it says! If someone would be able to translate the whole thing it would be greatly appreciated. ;)
The only bit I can work out is the names Walter Sidney Tims and Emily Newell at the start of the certificate.
Thanks in advance! :)

Walter's father is also named Walter Sidney Tims and his occupation is night watchman. Emily's father is John Thomas Newell occupation possibly brickmaker.
Witnesses John Thomas Newell & William Henry Tims.

possible 1911 census for the Tims family in Surrey. Brother William Henry was born in Burma!

Likely marriage Walter Sydney Tims dec qtr 1903 Brentford vol 3a pg 271 with Charlotte Love on the same page.
