Title: wilmington death report 2008

Hi! I would be grateful if some kind Roots colleague could possibly find a  report in Newspaper of Wilmington Delaware from around 1st until 8th April 2008 relating to the death of William T McLaughlin who was a former Mayor of the said city.

The named William T died around early April 2008.
