My great grandmother was Margaret Ryan whose mother was Catherine Malone. Margaret was allegedly born in Ennis in approximately 1838. She came to Australia in approx the early 1850's and married William Bird in 1857 in Melbourne.
I can't find anything about Catherine except that she was married to either Patrick or John Ryan.

Ennis town is in the RC parish of Drumcliff, Killaloe

The register starts too late for Margaret, you could look to see if there were later children.

Just had another look and there is a daughter Margaret baptised 12th April 1846, Kildysart - parents Pat Ryan and Kate Malone. That is 10 years after your Margaret :-\
Sadly does not look like your family.
