On the marriage records there is another marriage 10 days earlier of Samuel Mooney to Jane McFaul. Same father, John Mooney & same witnesses.

Jane's residence is Bellee (sic) and it's Kirkinriola Civil Parish.

John's residence is Craigywarren, and the two townlands adjoin eachother.

I was thinking that the marriage 10 days earlier was Jane Mooney and John McFaul's brother and sister , does that make sense ? A brother and sister marrying a brother and sister .

I happened quite often, but there is one slight problem.

John McFaul's father is Daniel McFaul, but Jane McFaul's father is Denis.

I think Denis is an error. No records of a Denis McFaul anywhere in Ireland

I'm related by marriage to John Mooney (~1810-~1869) who was married to Mary Ann Kincart/Cathcart (~1810-1899). Their grandson (John Mooney, son of John Mooney) was my grandmother's first husband. Over the generations, the whole family appear to has moved frequently back and forth between the Ballymena area in Antrim and Glasgow (eg my grandmother had three children to John Mooney, two born in Bellshill outside of Glasgow, one in Ballymena).

Perhaps the first John Mooney was the (grand-)father of some of these children?

Irish vital records (births, marriages, death) are online. Here's the one for Mary McFall that you posted-
