Hi
My 3xG grandad was from Somerset, Shadrach Webber b1844 he married my 3xG grandmother in Wigan in 1869, when he was a widower.

I believe he married a Mary Ann Massey in Crickhowell in September 1865, please can anyone look up? I don't know if they where both SOJ or if she was from a local family. I know she was dead by 1869. He was home in Somerset on the 1861 census and in Wigan for the 1871 census.

He was a lifelong miner, and I know nothing of this period between censuses. Between Somerset and Wigan.

The 1865 marriage does not appear to be online so you may need to buy a copy.  To look it up in parish records you need to know which church they married in

Mary Anne Massey aged 22 spinster, resident of Brynmaur. Father: Benjamin Massey - Hammer man

possible birth reg from 1844 at Droitwich for Mary Ann Massey, appears in june & sept quarters but both have mmn Randle
possible marriage Benjamin Massey jun qtr 1844 Kidderminster vol 18 pg 470 with Ann Randol on the same page
