Post by: mwkelly on Saturday 25 April 20 23:50 BST (UK)
Hello fellow detectives. I am discovering that my 3rd Great gp onwards are from St Helier. I have done ancestry.com research on them plus Jerripedia (great resource) now wishing to locate relatives and or monumental inscriptions, stories, photo's etc on my family. to fill in those blanks. My family are as follows: I have also done ancestry and Ftdna. Welcome your help, discoveries, hints and ideas.

Jean Poucle (1792- ?) = m = Ann Dain (1806 - ?)
Louis Poucle (1766 - 1820) = m = Anne Coutanche (1768-?)
Thomas Dain (1787 - 1820) = m = Annah ? (1785??)

Cheers Murray

Hi Murray

There is a reference at Jersey Archive to a criminal case involving Louis Poucle in the late 1700's. You will need a subscription to view it (and a knowledge of French).

There are 51 references to Pouclee.
