I've brightened him up but I couldn't work out where is right hand was, so I made that bit up.

A try from me, John.

I couldn't help coloring the colonel. I'm sure I got some bits of the uniform wrong, but some details in the original were really hard to see.

My try. :)
Nice colouring, Dan.

Thank you all for the wonderful restorations. I thought that Evan was beyond help but you restorers have showed your skills once again.
Many thanks

Thanks, Peter. :) After seeing the others, I think a monotone one works better with this picture.

We have done this before for you Chris :)

Hi George,
Thanks for that.
I have no memory of posting this picture before.
Old age and all that :D :D :D

Hi George ! I thought I recognised the photo ...but not till I'd worked on it for a while ...
so here's another one for what must be a large collection now ... did you ever see the other ones Fisherman? There are some cracking restores over the years ...
-
Hi Polldoll,
Yes I have caught up with all the fantastic restores.
I have been puzzling how I missed the earlier restores, but checking the date I realise I had been rushed into hospital with adrenal gland failure. But luckily St. Peter refused me entry despite what the doctors told the family. ;D ;D ;D. I still have little memory, except for the pain, of those weeks.
Once again thank you to all the restorers who have worked on Evan. I am in awe of what you can achieve.
