Hello all. I'm trying to find out what would have been the price for a set of new golf clubs c1935, in England/Scotland. I've trawled through what I could find online including newspaper archives on Ancestry, but haven't found anything specific, although I've learned that at about the middle of the decade came the introduction of steel clubs which replaced wooden types and this is the sort I'm hoping to learn about. Any knowledge out there?
Regards

Haven't looked at the information available on the site, but if you can't find it on there an email to them may result in some info.

Worth a try if no one else can help.

I wasn't aware of it either till I saw your post, so just searched the web to see if there was one :-) In my experience, museums etc are helpful with short n sweet queries by email (though may not have time to do extensive research without having to charge a fee).
