Is there anyone able to help read and translate an entry in a Hungarian register please?

You have probably had no responses because you have given no idea of the extent of the translation you require.  If it is just a Birth, marriage or death registration, post a link and I'll give it a go.  But if an extensive text, I will do as others appear to have done, and back off.

It is an extra note in a register, but I now have some idea of what it says.
