Henry Corney, born 1746 in York apparently died in Bombay in June 1777. I found the info on FindMyPast and its from the catalogue 'Parish register transcripts from the Presidency of Bombay, 1709-1948'.
The image is just a handwritten register and says Henry Corney solider.
Can anypoint point me to any other information that may give more details on Henry so I can hopefully confirm if he's 'mine'
Thank you

Thanks Graham
So it is a possibility Henry who died in 1777 is my Henry but I’ll keep looking. It makes sense if it him as his wife remarried in 1785
