Yes it is
It is also resized so it is very fuzzy.
It is at Cudoxton justa Neath Llewellyn son of Thomas and Mary Thomas age 16
The address is Tan y n /reol

Llewellyn is a behinder at the tin works.

Definition of Behinder at http://doot.spub.co.uk/code.php?value=178 - it's someone in a steel (etc) rolling mill.

I too thought the address looked like Tan y reol, but I'm not familiar with either Cadoxton-juxta-Neath or the Welsh language.

Hello there Pompey Welsh,

I think the address is possibly "Tan-y-rhiw" - this is on the current OS map, and looks like a farm about 2 km north of Cilfrew. There were tinplate works in Cilfrew  (2 km) and in Aberdulais (about 4 km).

I only just stumbled across your question - sorry for delayed reply.
Regards, TAHMV
