Hello I am after some help or advive.
I am trying to confirm the parents of Donald Thomson (likely Born 1794 Dull).
There are a few trees on Ancestry with a death date and parents, but I would like to confirm the details myself. I have been caught out before on trees :-[
His possible death date pops up on Scotlandspeople as 1869 Aberfeldy. Mothers maiden named Irvine.
I am a bit skint at the moment otherwise I would buy credits.
Is there another way or website I could use to confirm his parents?
Kind regards
Cath

Yes in Dull. I found him in the 1841,51 & 61 census at the address Croftnacoil.
He married FOUR times! 9 kids.
I am trying to confirm his parents. I think they are Alexander Thomson & Helen Irvine. I just need proof.

The birth you mention:
THOMSON DONALD ALEXR. THOMSON/HELEN IRVEN FR1479 1834 (FR1479) M 18/06/1794 346/40 154 Dull
I think only a cert purchase, or two, will give you the answer.

Thanks.
I might have to save up or hope Scotlandspeople gives out free credits again ;D I wouldn't need many.

No. The certificate will cost you less than a cup of Starbucks.
