Hi All,
Any help fixing this photo, making it sharper and getting rid of the hole tear in the middle of his head and possibly the light glare would be very much appreciated.
It is my great great uncle, Arthur Burgess for 1891 in Kilburn, London

My attempt. The image actually looks quite sharp already (judging by the refined grain); personally I wouldn't get into artificial sharpening as it looks naff imo.
