Looks like a baptism on 25 December of Sara Jane Wagstaff, 12 years, daughter of William Wagstaff and Mary Murphy, in Perth. Sponsor was Jane Williams, daughter of John Williams and Margaret Hayes. Some of the left is cut off.

As far as can be seen (left side is cut off), it was a 'conditional' baptism because she had previously been baptised Protestant.

Thank you all for your input. This is very interesting as I also found the Catholic Marriage of Sarahs parents, William Wagstaff And Mary Ann Murphy, and it was also written that they had been previously married in another conventional, most probably protestant. This may have been in Ireland, and with the destruction of records over there it have been near on impossible to find that marriage and the births of their first to children, Mary ann and Sarah.
Thank you again
