Can anyone help please.
I have my mother's ATS records and am trying to find out where, geographically, she was based. Is anyone able to fill in the gaps below.
She joined in Glasgow on 4/4/1945
She was posted to Amb No.11 T&HU on 11/5/1945
From there she went to No.1 MTTC (I believe this was in Camberley, Surrey) on 13/6/1945
From there she went to No.1 E/Cmd. HU on 29/8/1945
From there she went to 578 Coy Pasc C(M) Tpt on 6/9/45
On 18/4/1946 she went to Y LIST E
On 18/4/1946 R/L Commences
On 12/6/1946 R/L Expires
Discharged on 1/4/1954.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hello
I have information but not the official data yet that you have - well done!
My dear Aunt was ATS from early in WW2 and went on to WRAC - TA Royal Artillery.
She was Ack-Ack and when I was very small I visited her at Bude Norh Devone where we were hoping to hear her guns firing but it was raining and we always referred to them as Aunty Mary's water pistols ;-)
There are some great military experts on here and I hope someone can provide a list of places and their designatory letters?
I will keep watching!
Colin
