Title: Elmbridge Marriage look up please, approx 1783
Post by: barbinoz on Friday 20 December 19 09:27 GMT (UK)
Hi there, I've been struggling with trying to find a parish record for my 5th Great Grandparents marriage. The name is Henry Turner and Hanna for around 1783 in Elmbridge Worcs.
Thank you in advance for any help
   Barb   :)

Hello
I saw your enquiry some time ago but failed to find anything.
I've had another go and fingers crossed this is them
Henry Turner married 1783 Hannah Inston at Hampton Lovett

The fly in the ointment is that it seems only to be on The Genealogist website and I haven't the subscription to go farther.
But now you know the parish hopefully you can find a copy of the original or pay on the Genealogist to see it.

Thank you Ciderdrinker (my drink of choice too!)  This looks promising!
Hampton Lovett isn't a hundred miles away from Elmbridge.
I wonder why the record isn't available on any other data bases?
       Cheers  ;)

Trish, I never thought of that, I'll look into this. her last child with Henry was in 1805
            Thank you  ;)

I presume looking at Census last child was John Turner 1805?

Not sure if you have noticed but 1841 Census with John and Family has a Nathan Inston living nearby ( born c 1773)
