Hi everyone, could you please have a go at restoring this photo, taken in Liverpool 1951, sadly all have now passed on. a bit more sharpness would be great.

Hi Brigidmac. Their names are Dad, John Smith, Mam, Lilian Smith ( nee Roberts ) Daughter in law Lily Smith, ( nee Irwin ) pic was taken in Pugin St Kirkdale Liverpool, the waste area behind was where our house was prior to the Blitz, the sign was on the wall of a local shop that as you can see narrowly missed the bombs.

Thanks Scouse it all adds to the story around the pic .my grandad house was hit lightly by a bomb
In Birkenhead .He always joked with his brothers that their mother Maria Jones nee Smith had sat thru it stoically after her 6 sons survived WW 1 she thought she was invincible
It's a great social history picture ..would have thought local newspaper or history group might be interested in it .
