The last part looks like Helm to me, but others will come along soon.

I agree-does look like HELM.

Could you tell us the names of the bride and groom-date of marriage-where found before or after...
all that good stuff. ;)

There's this marriage on SP:
MACDONALD  WILLIAM
and
HELM  JESSIE
1868 Stenscholl

This is the full document. I read Helm but couldn't find any marriage with that name

Definitely M. S. Helm for me. Compare the 'e' with 'After', 'Witness' and various others; and the 'm' with 'journeyman'.

There is a Margaret born there but in 1868:

MACDONALD MARGARET ANN 1868 112/2 12

Not seeing anything suitable on the 1871 in that location.

1861: HELM JANE 1861 21 112/2 1/ 1 Stenscholl

You can always ask scotlandspeople either to re-scan (when it is a very poor copy) or for their opinion as there are some very helpful people on there.
I got a re-scan for one entry, and their thoughts on what it was as well - and I had not asked for their ideas.
