I would be obliged if some members could look on Ancestry Northamptonshire, England, Church of England Baptisms, Marriages and Burials, 1532-1812
On page 5 of 113 of Brixworth Parish Register 1546-1748 I am trying to understand the entry for 15th September 1583. Any help on transcribing this entry would be appreciated

It looks to me
Sep 15th George ye son of Ralph Hardwick
in the same year s son of William Richardson
and Agnes ye daughter of Henry Bray
and Worllington

Thanks Ciderdrinker I got something similar but it doesn't make sense to me

Try this:
Sep 15th George ye son of Ralph Hardwick
in the same year a son of William Richardson
and Agnes ye daughter of Henry Bray & one Worllington
In other words, a (possibly stillborn) son of Wm Richardson
and
a (probably illegitimate) daughter of Henry Bray by a girl named Worllington
Looks like the vicar forgot to enter them and just had to record them without a date.

Thanks PrawnCocktail.
Seems a reasonable interpretation. Better than anything I came up with.
