Hi,
Is it possible to access the newspaper called the "Tipperary Vindicator" in a library? I have seen an article online from 1849 that I want to access without paying and wondered if the library would be my best bet and if so which library please.
Thanks Anjo

If you have a library card or ID# you can check here LINK (https://www.librariesireland.ie/elibrary/online-newspapers)
by choosing the county you will be searching in
All their contact details are there too
There are a few research libraries that hold microfilm as well which the librarians would be able to tell about

it's on line, you have to register.
