Title: 1939 register
Post by: eirwen on Monday 11 November 19 11:50 GMT (UK)
Another lister confirmed for me that the two people found in the 1939 register tallied with what I found. Then another lister gave the date of birth 25th May 1905 for the female Can anyone explain if this was found from the 1939 register.Regards .Eirwen

Hard to say without knowing who they are but the 1939 Register did ask for DOB's.
Alternatively it could have come from the death Register on FreeBMD depending on when they died.

As jim1 says it is impossible to answer a query like this without knowing who the people are.

Not sure what a "lister" is but could you contact them directly to ask what you want to know?

As others have said only the person can tell you.
However just to note the 1939 register information on DOB is secondary information which means it can't be relied upon as fact, only the birth certificate is primary for DOB.

My great grandmothers DOB on the 1939 register is actually her baptism date, not her birth date

I am glad my mother's birthdate was entered correctly, or I would never have found her! Her surname is transcribed incorrectly, but it is so badly written there is no point in asking for a correction.
