I'm looking for William Stewart Brisby born in Belfast, Ireland 19th May 1898. His family moved to the states, I'm not sure when but at a guess I'd say 1920s.
I believe he was a marine engineer and possibly joined the United States Navy, I'm looking for any military info, thanks.
