Hi,

Is it possible to date this picture thank you.  The names are William Phillips and Teddy Phillips my grandfather and uncle who were taken in this picture.   They belonged to Aber and Senghenydd Buffs.  I am just trying to piece together the dates for my research.

My guess would be 1940s. I'm sure that I have seen this photo before!
