Hello Paul - Welcome to Rootschat  :)

It would help if you could say when William was born and what you already know about him.

You can check the surname interests under Your Tools at the bottom of the page to see if anyone else is researching then name.

Well having popped his name into the search bar on Find My Past only three show up.  A death in 1707, a baptism in 1727 and a death in 1757 all in Podington.

No doubt this is a name that will have various spellings so there well may be more.

The death in 1757 is just a burial record which does not even show an age at death.  What can you tell us about William.

Apart from the National burial index FindMyPast only has parish register transcriptions for Poddington which are extracted from the familysearch website.
