Anyone connected to the Livesay
Family from Bedfordshire, I was trying to verify the descendants of William Livesay, podington area , Bedfordshire ..

Well having popped his name into the search bar on Find My Past only three show up. A death in 1707, a baptism in 1727 and a death in 1757 all in Podington.
No doubt this is a name that will have various spellings so there well may be more.

The death in 1757 is just a burial record which does not even show an age at death. What can you tell us about William.

Got a feeling he is a descendant of Charles but I will get back to you on some dates

Apart from the National burial index FindMyPast only has parish register transcriptions for Poddington which are extracted from the familysearch website.

The William who was baptised on 23rd February 1727 at Podington has parents John and Elizabeth.

St.John Livesay, esq of Hinwick Hall buried 14 Dec 1756
William Livesay, esq of Hinwick Hall buried 22 Feb 1757
St.Andew Livesay, esq buried 22 Feb 1767
** Elizabeth wife of John Livesay, esq of Hinwick, Podington buried at Bletsoe on 2 Jun 1735
Also burial at Podington on 25 Feb 1717-18 of Major General John Livesay. The Major-General left Hinwick Hall to his nephew John Livesay, Esq 1701–1751. This John Livesay, Esq married the Honourable Elizabeth St.John 1692–1739 daughter of St.Andrew St.John Kt 2nd Bt St. John of Woodford 1658–1708 and Dame Jane St John nee Blois 1666–1711.
Note these names are either spelt Livesey or Livesay
