..and do you mean 1918 rather than 1919? There's a CWGC death for Charles Lissemore (not Lissimore) on 4 October 1918.

According to CWGC.org:

Son of Henry and Mary Ann Lessimore, of Worcester.
Charles Lissemore, died age 26

The"Find a grave" site has an entry for Charles Lissemore, written in 2009 by Adrian Lissamore, which reads " born Charles Lissamore of Dudley, 1 of 6 sons of William and Elizabeth Lissemore who fought in the Great War.
It is listed on the Tyne Cot memorial in Zonnebeke.

Hi i have found in my family tree that 6 brothers all enlisted in ww1 i saw a mention on ancestry that they were in a newspaper called The Herald
If this is the Worcester Herald I can't see it online.
The British Newspaper Archive only has it up to 1890.
Microfilm of the Herald is available at the Worcester Archive
http://www.worcestershire.gov.uk/info/20019/archives_and_research
I think Sandra's suggestion is your best starting point:
Have you perused the 24 ancestry tree's to see if other contacts have the neespaper article. ?

There is another Ernest though ….. this one has a medal card - spelling different
Medal card of Lissemore, Ernest
Corps
Regiment No
Rank
Worcestershire Regiment
29976
Private
Royal Munster Fusiliers
G/40756
Private
Date:
1914-1920
Held by:
The National Archives, Kew.
So this Ernest might well of survived WW1, who were this Ernest's parents?
https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/help-with-your-research/research-guides/british-army-medal-index-cards-1914-1920/
As for WW1 records many of them were actually destroyed in the Blitz, so a medal car might be all you can find for a surviving man

Ernests parents were William and Elizabeth and he died in italy

If you have an Ancestry sub, the newspaper article you want has been put on there, seems to be titled "Six sons in WW1"
-
So it's the
Dudley Worcester Herald, November 16th 1918 page 7 (https://www.ancestry.co.uk/mediaui-viewer/tree/3998436/person/-319872590/media/d46a4622-d793-46d2-8ad5-fe0df95b5795?_phsrc=yGf37700&_phstart=successSource)

This man was aged 31, the son of Henry and Mary Ann, so not your Ernest.

I think your Ernest survived the war! You would need a death certificate to see if the parents names matched Charles Lissimores parents, William and Elizabeth.
He might even be in this newspaper article
"Mr. Ernest Lissimore a tireless Quest for West Bromwich history
Mr. Ernest Lissimore a tireless Quest for West Bromwich history. registers of All Saints' Church"
Monday 20 March 1967
Birmingham Daily Post
Was Ernest Lissimore married to Jennie E Whitehouse in 1914 in West Bromwich?
Jennie Lissimore is buried in Heath Lane cemetery in Sandwell

Added they are both in the 1939 register on Findmypast living at 9 Ebrington Road, West Bromwich C.B
