Title: House inscription - please advise!
Post by: greenpaula on Thursday 12 September 19 19:48 BST (UK)
Hi, I've been asked to help interpret this writing on the eaves of a house in the Lancashire countryside. I thought it might be in Latin, and there may be Lancashire roses or ships anchors, but just can't work it out. It is definitely not the name of the house or any family who has lived in it.
Any help or ideas would be gratefully received by me and the new owner of the house.

Second word is:  Magnanimitas

First is:  Equanimitas

ADDED:

That is:

Equanimity & Magnanimity or Tranquility & Generosity

Brilliant, thank you so much Horselydown86. I got a bit of the Magnanimity but nothing else.
Thanks again  :)
