Title: Mary Ellen Jones of Pwllheli, born 1872

I have searched for Mary Ellen Jones, a daughter of Richard Jones, born in Pwllheli on 22nd February 1872. In 1900 she married, in Kent, Walter Jeffrey Filmer and spent the rest of her life in Kent. I have not been able to find her on the 1881 Census, and wonder if anyone has any information!

1939 Register shows Mary Ellen Filmer, b. 22 Feb 1872

Many thanks to everyone. Mary Ellen was born on 22 February 1872, and is therefore not on the 1871 census. She married Walter Filmer in 1900.

Do you  have the couples marriage cert that should give her fathers occupation??

If you have the marriage certificate, could you please list the fathers occupation and names of the witnesses.
