Hi,

I am looking for a lookup of a Marriage dated 9th December 1821, between John McVicker and Mary Westbury in St. Mary's, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England
The details of the fathers' names, occupation and residence would be so appreciated and another details.

Thank you.

This is before civil registration, fathers name will not be mentioned, occupation will depend upon the vicar.

Sorry

Is this some sort of wind up, I would of expected he had sold it as its silver and it ended up being melted down so my expectations its survived are slime to say the least.

Would you clarify why you think you have the medal that was awarded to him, I do know what they look like and have seen alot of examples of them in the Royal Artillery museum when I visited it.

Hey mate no wind up, I'm helping an old vet value his collection and he gave me a waterloo medal to research.

The medal he has, has what is most likely a typo which says "Thomas Shelder"

If you give me an email address I can send you some photos of it although I didn't take photos of the edge where the name and rank etc are printed (I'm new to this and working as  a support person)
