Please can someone make this photo clearer,
and also does anyone know the approximate date of the photo.
I found it in a box that came from my grandparents' house but I don't know who they are.
The date may give me a clue.
Thank you ...

It looks to be late 1890s early 1900s is there anything on the back?

I don't think there's anything on the back. I'll have another look later on. The photo is tiny, smaller than the palm of your hand, and it is rather dirty too.
Would you know how old the people are ? It will give me an idea of who they are if I could work out their ages.

it's not easy to see the features but I would say late 30s early 40s.

Thank you ... in that case they must be John and Elizabeth Pelzer. Thanks ...

If you could scan it at a resolution of 600dpi it could be nicely repaired and it would give more detail.

Thanks ... I'll do it later on when I have a minute.
