Title: Martha P Chester born 1847 Lancashire

Hi
I have a Martha P Chester born 1847 to Edward & Betsy Chester, she appears on the relevant census but nowhere does it say what her middle name is
I cannot find her on Lancs OPC, Ancestry or FreeBMD
The Purdey family has her listed on there records through ancestry but I haven't got a subscription at present

If I have the correct family, in 1851 Edward and Elizabeth, with children Martha and William were living in Oldfield Road, Salford. From GRO Index I deduce William's birth registered March Q 1851, Salford, mmn Parker.

Edward Chester and Betsy Parker on same page March 1850, Warrington.
Birth of Martha Parker (no mmn) registered  Warrington  March 1847.
Suggest "P" for Parker.

The 1847 registration at Chorlton has mmn as Tanzey

Brentor Boy - you have correct family, The Warrington birth seems correct as the Chorlton birth I think belongs to a different line
Middle name Parker maybe your right never give that a thought, maybe it will be on her marriage cert that is if she married
Excuse my ignorance but what is mmn ?

As the marriage in Warrington was in 1850, could Martha have been registered as Martha Parker?
1847 March Quarter  Martha Parker registered in Warrington no mother's maiden name given
