Is there any way to identify Mary Malley? The marriage record does not indicate where she is from or her father's name.
Also, I'm unable to read what it says before her name? Thank you.

Does it say James Ginnelly to Mary Malley?

Grace O'Malley was from Kildownet so you'll get a whole tribe of O'Malley/Malley around there

James Ginnelly address on marriage Dooega, whisch is on Achill Island, they appear in 1901 Dooega with family. I would suspect that Mary Malley also came from Dooega as several Malley families in 1901 census. No real help but perhaps narrow down.
Just checked out family in Dooega 1901 Owen Malley and wife Martha Kilbane they also have a son Hugh same as James Ginnelly, found their marriage Owens father was James Malley, could be another clue James is also a son of Ginnelly though he is James!!!!

You have Mary's age,24 and as she is likely from the same place as James why not go back through the parish register to see if a fatherless Mary was born about 1850.

Thank you everyone. I will forward all of your information onto the person that asked me to help her.
