This one is quite Scottish.

I have done what I can, and hope that an expert in Scottish language will add the rest:

[R?lle] day was contracted David Cairnes and Bessie Gray both in this [p? - illegible]

The man consigned 2 rex [dollores?] And Robt wood [grebe?] [Rest of line is illegible]

cam cau(tion)er for the womans pairt And after Lawful [proclamat(i)un?] wer [mar? - illegible]

horsleydown86 has most of it correct.

                                           October 30: 1664
Qlk day was contracted David Cairnes and Bessie Gray both in this pa[roch]
the man consigned in pleadge 2 rex dollors and Robt wood [greive] [be-]
cam cau[tione]r for ye womans pairt And after lawfull proclama[t]ioun wer mar[ied] [at]
the kirk of wemyss by mr Robt mercer minister at kennoquhie upoune the [     ]
of December 1664 yearis wm

Qlk = quhilk = which
paroch = parish
pleadge = pledge - the sum of money put down as a guarantee that the marriage would take place within 40 days and involve no scandal. Returned afterwards if all went well
rex dollors = rix-dollars - a silver coin current in various parts of Europe at the time
Robt = Robert
greive = grieve - a farm overseer or an overseer in general
becam = became
cautioner = sometimes pledges were put down, sometimes a cautioner was named who would act as guarantor
kennoquhie = Kennoway
wm - this also appears at the end of the previous entry - the clerk's initials?

For some reason I wrote "ye" womans pairt. It does of course say "the" womans pairt.

Well done all!  cautioner was pronounced kayshoner. This prevented frivolous marriage intentions & wasting of the ministers time!  ;D
