The best online resource  for South African graves is http://www.graves-at-eggsa.org/main.php?g2_itemId=43 where there is an ongoing project to photograph tombstones.

Sadly cemeteries in South Africa are not being well maintained and a lot have fallen into a very sad state through neglect and vandalism so you may not find a gravestone for him

Some people have also uploaded cemetery pics to Billion Graves and FindaGrave so try those as well
