Hi
First post here.
I have a testimonial to my G-G-Grandfather who was Inspector of police in Aden. There are two words I can't read in the sentence on line eight "shown a great deal of tenacity in ____ up ____ a malification..."
Can anybody say what these are please?
Thanks

I can see “following” up....not sure of the next word. I also think there could be the word “qualification” rather than malification?

a qualification ...

Thanks LancsLassie and hi Bookbox.
I can now see it says "...shown a great deal of tenacity in following up crime a qualification which in a police officer is most desirable."
Solved, thanks.
