Title: Borrow Family of Bootle Liverpool

 :D  I am here in Australia trying to help a friend find any details of family members.
 
Philomena Borrow born Bootle born about 1928/9 and may have died that year at 6 months or at 6 years -perhaps
  1944/45.

ALSO her brother- John Gerard Borrow born 1921 Bootle. Believed to have been in Merchant Navy at some time.

Will be grateful for any assistance.

There is no registered birth or death for a Philomena BORROW.

The birth of a Patricia V Borrow was registered in West Derby (Liverpool area) in period Jan -Mar 1928. Mmn McCann. Same area and mmn as John G Borrow.

I can find no record of birth, marriage or death of a Philomena Borrow 1915-1960

I checked all Philomena births in Lancashire & Cheshire, 1927-1930. All 150 of them! ;D

No mention of either Borrow, Barrow, McCann, MacCann or any variation, in either surname or Mother's maiden name?

I think this could be the death of John's wife after a second marriage to a second husband surname mason She remarried sometime between 1970 and 1972 according to the Electoral rolls.

There is a Patricia Veronica Barrow born 19 Dec 1927 West Derby,  died 30 Aug 2001 Ryde, Sydney, NSW. She married a William G Evans Sept 1950 Crosby, Merseyside. They left for Australia 30 April 1956.
