Good evening,

That looks like the Richard Cobden, Cobden road, Worthing. But not 100% sure so just going to google maps for a look.

Don't know why it's given a satellite view when I was looking at the pub itself. but, just click on map view and drop the leprechaun on the junction of Cobden and Clifton rds.

Nice try, but a lot of the detail is different, eg the arrangement of doors and windows, and the shaped stonework above the corner door.

Shaun - are you able to get a higher resolution scan of this, please? There's possibly a signboard above the door in the building just beyond the pub, and a high-res close-up of that might be helpful.

Apparently there's an album of photos of Rock Brewery pubs at East Sussex Record Office:

https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/3aea0d90-169d-4c0c-875f-998a1e2c12cc

TNA's Discovery catalogue also lists a lot of other Rock Brewery items at ESRO, all under the reference ACC8396. (These include some other photo albums.)

There are some photos on the Brewery History site I mentioned earlier.
But nothing that comes close! And, only 7 Rock Brewery pubs.

Suggestion made at https://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=820004.msg6924400#msg6924400 that it's similar to 'The Heart and Hand' in Brighton.
