Title: Nicolls lemonade factory Dundee
Post by: borschy on Tuesday 28 May 19 11:59 BST (UK)
Hi again,

Just wondering if anyone on here would have any old photos of Nicolls lemonade factories in Dundee?!?!
This would be from 1860-1923 approx. They were in Scott Street and Taits Lane.

Thanks for any help

Craig

i presume you have seen the large notice regarding  the Transfer of ownership of the Dundee business  "Fleuchar Craig Aerated Water Company Ltd"   formerly Fleuchar Craig Aerated Water Works  Scott Street.

when you google Fleuchar Craig Aerated Water you get https://www.scran.ac.uk/database/record.php?usi=000-000-459-141-C

It is VERY difficult to see if it is what you are looking for, but it does look like a factory. I presume Logie's Spout is the spring the water came from?
Added - to answer my own question, it is in the description of the business.  Logie Spout Springs has an outlet directly into the factory.
