Lancashire BMD has this marriage as
KELLY   Joseph
BOYLAN   Bridget
Rochdale Register Office or Registrar Attended

You will need to purchase the certificate for further information

You could look for a newspaper report of the wedding. Some were detailed.
Do you know which parish in Ireland Bridget Boylan was from? Was she R.C.? If so, her baptism register should have a note of her marriage which should at least give spouse, date and venue and perhaps more info, space permitting. Every Catholic priest who performed a marriage from 1908 was supposed to add information about the marriage to the bride's baptism register. Some also added it to groom's baptism register. It may not have been done.
Where was Joseph born?

Thanks everybody.
Bridget was born in Clogherhead Co Louth RC, Joseph Kelly I know nothing about other than he was living in Dublin 1930's on his Children's births. It's Joseph I am trying to find. There is no marriage in Ireland so hoping marriage in Rochdale is them. I am trying  to find who his father was then maybe I will be able to trace them in the census.

How can I order a copy of marriage cert.

Have you also check Northern Ireland records?
Link to GRONI website (https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/services/go-groni-online)

Marriage over 75 years ago are available to search
Their location was very near the border and they may have married in the north

Have you looked at Bridget's baptism register? I mean an image of the register, not a transcript.  If Bridget was married in a Catholic church, the priest at the church where she was baptised should have added a note to her baptism to say who she married, when and where. The note might be in a margin or at the top or bottom of the page, wherever there was space, not necessarily next to her baptism entry. Whether the marriage information was added to the baptism register depends on a) Bridget remembering the correct church; b) the priest who did the marriage remembering to write to her baptism parish; c) priest at baptism parish remembering  to write marriage info in baptism register. If marriage information is in Bridget's baptism register, then you will know whether the marriage in Rochdale is hers or not.
There are some baptisms at a Rochdale Catholic church on Lancashire Online Parish Clerks but not the marriage register. Notes about marriages have been added to some baptisms.

Edit. Baptism registers for Clogherhead on NLI site finish 1881. Irish Ancestors has up to 1900. It seems Bridget was born to late to be online.
