I'm having trouble locating Charles Oakley, born approx 1836, Kidderminster.
Ive found him in the 81 and 91 Census, and know him to be in India in 61 and 71.
He married Mary Covington, born Ireland 1829. I have a feeling Covington might not be her maiden name, but instead her previously married name.
Anyway, I'm having trouble locating him in 61, and thus finding out who his parents are.
Can anyone help? Many thanks.

I presume the marriage of Thomas and Ann is Thomas seniors second marriage, and not Thomas Juniors marriage?
