Welcome to Rootschat  :)

Civil registration of births, deaths & Catholic marriages started 1864 (from 1845 for non-Catholic marriages). So before those dates you'll need to find church records (if they exist). To do so you'll need an idea of location (parish if not actual townland not just 'Fermanagh') and religion. Not all churches have records before civil registration dates and of those that do not all are online. In general, only Church of Ireland kept burial registers although you might be lucky and find some elsewhere.

I am searching for my early family in Fermanagh, Robert Boggs was the father of my antecedent John Boggs. Nancy McGill was his wife . I believe that John Boggs was born c 1796 and had 9 children. they were Presbyterians. They migrated to Sydney New South Wales Australia on the 'Adam Lodge' in 1837. I would love to find other children of Robert and Nancy in Ireland and if there are any descendents of the Boggs family. Shylie Brown

There were no Boggs living in Fermanagh in the 1901 or 1911 censuses or in Griffiths Valuation c 1860.

Tithe applotment records for Fermanagh:

Bogs, Edwd.-Tl:Bara Yr: 1829-Magheracross-Fermanagh
Bogs, James-Tl: Pruckless Yr: 1832-Drumkeeran-Fermanagh
Bogs, Jno.-T: Loughnease Y: 1826-Leckpatrick-Tyrone & Fermanagh

None in Baragh or Pruckless (Procklis) by 1901. The family in Loughnease (which is actually in Co. Tyrone) have become Boak by 1901. But they were Presbyterian.
