I can't see either Peace or Pearce Street in the Newcastle street directory or the 1911 census or 1939. Where is the address from?

hi probably not what we are looking for but there is a Pease avenue in Newcastle. It leads off West road (A186) in the Benwell area west of Newcastle.
Looking on google maps the houses are obviously post war or 30s style so not sure  what housing was there prior to that or even if there was a Pease st. then.
Apologies to Stan if you have already tried that name.
cheers

A suggestion - It could have been mis-heard/spelled - we have both Percy Street, Terrace etc. here - named after  the Dukes of Northumberland's family name.
