Hi, i wonder if someone could help, i belong to Ancestry but they have very few Worcestershire records and FindmyPast is about the same. My 6X Great Grandmother was Lucy Powell who married Phillip Jackson 13 Oct 1741 at  Saint Mary's Hanley Castle,Worcestershire. Someone on the net have she as born 23 May 1716 Hanley Castle, Worcestershire, but i can't find baptisms for Saint Mary's Hanley Castle worcestershire anywhere. So wondering if anyone please could help on here. Thanks in advance Laura

They are the Genealogist  but I don't have a sub.
It's possible to search for free but not look.

Ancestry family trees give parents Joseph and Hannah Powell
Their son Richard is baptised on FindMyPast 9.3.1718 but no Lucie/Lucy on there.


Joseph was a master tailor at Hanley Castle -apprentice Thomas Symonds 1722 on FindMyPast
Marriage at Birlingham 13 Feb 1715 to Hannah Panting

Thankyou for your reply, i did see the other tree's and saw they had that, i didn't know about the master Tailor and apprentice Thomas Symonds, have Symonds in our tree as well. Thankyou again
